I did 360‑degree arm liposuction, including the front bulge, back bulge, and even under the armpits. I don’t have a lot of fat in other areas, but my upper body always looked bulky,
so I kept thinking about lipo. After getting it done, I’m really glad I did it—my mom even said I look like a different person. I always just lurked on apps and forums, but I wanted to share this time.

Before surgery, I was really stressed about the fat sticking out on the sides. During the consultation, the doctor pointed out those exact areas first, which made me feel understood.
I’m the type who gets scared easily, so the night before surgery I had a million thoughts, but I went for it hoping I’d look better. These photos are from 1 month and 2 weeks post‑op.
It changed so much—I didn’t realize how different it was until I took pictures.

The first day was honestly a blur, and from the second day it was painful and hard. I couldn’t even take off my clothes by myself.
But even with the compression garment on, I could already see the difference, so I endured it.
I also went to the clinic consistently for aftercare. And because I kept thinking about the money and effort I put in, I didn’t overeat. I still take care of myself and do cardio every day.
They say it gets even more defined with time, but I think most of the swelling is gone now. I’m satisfied—my clothes fit completely differently.
