Home/K- Breast Community/(6 months after Motiva) Recommending a great place for breast surgery in Korea!

I’m 155cm and 44kg, so I’ve always had a very petite frame. But because I had almost no chest, my body looked more like a straight stick rather than slim or delicate. It was honestly a huge stress for me.

But when I thought about getting surgery, I got scared too—people always say you need a bit of volume for the results to look natural. Since I had literally nothing, I was worried it might look unnatural.

My chest was seriously flat, so I knew I had to find a clinic that was truly good at breast augmentation. I searched everywhere—reviews, communities, apps, everything.

To jump to the conclusion: it was a success.

I’m now 6 months post‑op, and the shape and feel have settled beautifully. I finally felt confident enough to write a review.

I went to Nana Plastic Surgery and saw Dr. Jung Miseon. She was very straightforward and realistic during the consultation. I hate when doctors sugarcoat things,

but she told me clearly what would work and what wouldn’t. I liked that. And the before‑and‑after photos were amazing.

I chose Motiva implants, and since I had slight asymmetry, she put 285cc on the right and 265cc on the left. I just trusted her recommendation, and I’m so happy with the result.

Because I’m small, I was terrified it would look obviously “done,” or too projected, or too round on top. During the first week, the swelling made my chest look more noticeable, but the major swelling went down after about a month. The upper fullness also settled naturally over time.

By about 1.5 months, you could still tell I had surgery, but that’s normal—time fixes everything.

Now at 6 months, all the worries I had in the beginning are almost gone.

The swelling is gone, the upper pole has settled, and both the shape and feel are very natural.

I was also worried about the armpit incision scar, but now you can only see it if I lift my arm and look closely. By around 4 months, it had faded a lot.

If you’re petite and flat‑chested like me, I know surgery can feel scary. But please compare carefully and choose wisely.

One tip: don’t go to a random cheap place just because they offer discounts—you’ll regret it.
