Home/K- Beauty Community/I was stressed because of my calf muscles, so I went to Cheongdam U-Skinny in Korea.

I’ve never had thick legs overall, but my calf muscles always stuck out noticeably,

which stressed me out. Especially when I flexed or stood on my tiptoes, the muscle would pop out so much that I couldn’t even dream of wearing skirts. Surgery felt too overwhelming, and I even considered calf Botox, but I wasn’t sure if it would suit my condition. Then I found out about Cheongdam U-Skinny and decided to give it a try.

When I first visited, the place had a calm and private atmosphere, and I felt like I could receive personalized care. After changing clothes, they checked my calves thoroughly—whether the muscles were prominent, whether swelling was present, and other details.

I really liked how detailed the consultation was.

The treatment was done step by step. First, they soothed my calves with an ice pack, then moved on to radiofrequency treatment. I felt warmth, and it seemed to help reduce swelling and loosen tight areas. The last step was shockwave therapy to reduce swelling and cellulite.

Overall, there was almost no pain, and afterward my legs felt noticeably lighter.

After a few sessions, the muscle popping out when I stood on my tiptoes became less noticeable,

and my leg line looked smoother. The more sessions I had, the better the results looked,

and I felt proud whenever I looked at my legs. If you’ve been stressed about your calf muscles,

I think trying Cheongdam U-Skinny could be a good option.

By the way, the doctor here has a patented technique,

so you need to see Director Kang Hyun‑young to get the proper results.
