I used to have a very large face and spent a long time worrying about what I could possibly do to improve it. I ended up getting the recommended 3-point facial contouring, and at first I was really worried it might look artificial or too obvious. But now at the 3-month mark, my face shape has improved naturally in a very positive way, and I’m becoming more satisfied as time goes by. You can see my pre-surgery photos in the post I uploaded earlier. The swelling is still going down, and on days when I eat salty or spicy food, I feel like the swelling comes back a bit, so it’s definitely a period where careful management is important. I had square jaw, cheekbone, and chin contouring done together, plus added a paranasal implant. I can open my mouth, but I still try to be careful when yawning just in case. With time, this part will get easier too. Before surgery, no matter how I angled my face, it never looked defined, but now I have a clearly flattering angle that shows my new facial line well.
