Home/K- Breast Community/[1 year post‑op, transaxillary] At this level, it’s fair to say there’s practically no scar after breast surgery in Korea.

I had my surgery done by Director Woo‑Jung Kim at WOOA Plastic Surgery, and now I’ve officially reached my 1‑year mark.

I was most worried about the shape and the transaxillary scar, but it healed so well that even up close you can’t tell it was a surgical incision.

Dr. Kim is well‑known for creating beautiful breast shapes, but personally, I think his skill in minimizing the incision and closing it so cleanly is truly unmatched.

As time passed, the scar became even less noticeable, so I felt confident going about my daily life.

With transaxillary incisions, the surgeon’s technique really makes a huge difference.

If you’re sensitive about scarring like me, make sure to choose someone with plenty of experience.

Hope this helps anyone who was curious about a real 1‑year post‑op result!
