I’ve always had a body type where only my arms stayed thick — even when I lost weight,
my face slimmed down but my upper arms never changed,
so wearing short sleeves was always stressful.
The back of my arms and the armpit line especially bothered me, so I decided to get arm liposuction.
I had consultations at several clinics, but FittingClinic explained things the most realistically.
They didn’t just say, “You’ll definitely get thinner,”
but checked my fat amount and skin elasticity, and explained exactly what was possible and how the line would change.
That made me trust them. Director Kim Yoon‑seok didn’t push unnecessary procedures,
and answered every question in detail, so the consultation itself felt comfortable.
On the day of surgery, I was really nervous, but once I went in and got prepped,
everything went faster than I expected.
When the surgery ended, I was already in the recovery room.
It wasn’t unbearably painful — more like very strong muscle soreness.
Right now, I can clearly feel that my whole arm is swollen.
The armpit and back of the arm feel tight, and lifting my arm up is still uncomfortable.
Bruising has started to appear, but it’s not as dark as I expected — more yellowish than purple.
Daily life is still possible — eating and using my phone are fine
— but moving quickly or using my arms a lot is still difficult.
It feels heavy and sore, but tolerable.
Because of the swelling, my arms don’t look completely slim yet,
but the line itself is already much more defined than before, which is amazing.
Especially the bulging part that used to stick out is gone
— that was my biggest concern, so I’m really happy.
It’s still early in recovery, so there’s some discomfort,
but the pain is manageable and I can already see the line changing, so I’m very satisfied.
Once the swelling goes down, I think I’ll finally have the slim arms I wanted.
