Home/K- Breast Community/Breast surgery consultation > surgery > recovery — I explain everything in Korea.

I’m really not the type to write posts like this, but I felt like I shouldn’t just let it pass, so here I am.

I used to have literally no chest — a hopeless flat board — but after surgery,

it honestly feels like I won the lottery.

I truly didn’t expect the results to turn out this pretty.

For anyone who’s stressed because of a small chest like I was, I hope this helps.

I’ll share everything from my breast surgery consultation to the recovery process.

First of all, everyone knows how important the consultation is before breast surgery.

When I was making my list of clinics, I looked up where they explain things well, and Nana Plastic Surgery kept coming up.

People said they explain what suits your body type and why.

Even though it’s a big clinic, the director spends enough time consulting, so I went — and I liked it so much that I decided right away.

When I arrived with a reservation, there was almost no waiting time.

I decided on Mentor Extra implants with an inframammary incision,

but honestly, implants and methods are different for everyone.

Hearing the doctor’s explanation in person during a consultation is the most accurate.

What works for me won’t necessarily work for someone else.

Anyway, I’m extremely satisfied with my results now.

I was discharged the same day.

Because it was general anesthesia, I just closed my eyes and when I opened them, it was over.

On the way home, I was so out of it that I didn’t even feel pain — I just wanted to get home.

After sleeping a bit, I finally realized, “Oh, I really had surgery.”

Luckily, I didn’t have much pain — just a tight, full, slightly sore feeling in my chest.

That lasted about 3 days, and after a week I was living normally again.

For the first month or two, there’s swelling and the chest feels firm

— very much like “post‑surgery boobs.”

But after the second month, I could really feel things improving.

The upper fullness started settling, the skin stretched naturally, and the firmness softened.

Time really is the answer.

I followed all the after‑care instructions strictly,

and I plan to continue avoiding anything that could harm my chest.

My boobs are precious now — I have to protect them.

Thank you, doctor.

It’s much cheaper than in Brazil.
I’ve heard Korean medical standards are very high,

but when I add the flight cost,

I’m not sure if the price difference is still worth it.

Even when you factor in the flight cost, many people still choose Korea because of the detailed surgical quality and safety. In the end, comparing based on the results you want will help you make the best decision. Thank you.^^
