I’m now in my second week after getting breast fat grafting! I debated a lot between implants and fat grafting, but I didn’t want an overly dramatic look and was also a bit scared, so I chose fat grafting. The fat was taken mainly from my lower back and under the buttocks. Surprisingly, the pain wasn’t too bad, my body shape improved, and seeing my previously flat upper chest become fuller made me feel that I definitely made the right choice.
Before, I was already sad about having almost no chest, and on top of that, the shape wasn’t pretty either. When I was undressed, it looked so empty that I envied people with naturally round, full breasts. But now, I’m so happy that I can finally have a natural-looking shape too.
There’s still some firmness, but I heard it gets better with time, so I’m not too worried. I’m sure the tissues will soften more as I heal.
I originally wanted to finish everything with just one session, but now I’m curious how it would look if I did a second round. Maybe my body handles surgery well, because it wasn’t as difficult as I expected—so I think I could do it again.
